IF YOU HAVE PORTAL COMMUNICATION PLEASE USE THAT TO REACH THE FRONT OFFICE AS WELL AS THE PROVIDERS
The office is not open on Fridays. Messages either left on the portal or on the phone after 5pm on Thursday will be returned the following Monday (or business day in the event of a holiday). Medication refill requests need to be given a week's notice. If you are having an emergency contact your PCP or call 911.
If you have questions about a take home test please contact the lab company, not the office. Each test has different specific test prep instructions. Please make sure you are comfortable with them prior to performing your test. Phone numbers for the lab companies are found on the box, the instruction sheet, or the requisition.
